those guys would probably both beat Solis, did you see how bad he looked against Larsen? fights with Arreola would be a toss up.. but true, I don't agree with how they are ranked.
Kevin Johnson is up there, but he looked bad vrs. Fury. I give Fury credit for a good gameplan but Johnson was too lazy.
Wach is a tough one. His performance vrs. Wlad showed he is very tough to beat. But the allegations of steriods in that fight make it questionable whether he should be ranked. Boystov is questionable I agree. He's looked very good throughout his career but he needs to step it up. Ideally, he should be Haye's opponent for the June fight.
He's only really lost to Vitali and Fury, he's a lot better than and has done more than quite a few guys on this list.
On ability D Price makes that list comfortably . Chisora for instance shouldnt be in there on ability, though I realise you are going on the past years performances and Price has been KO'd. Interestingly Mike Perez is fighting on the Wlad undercard next week. I think he would KO half that top 25, although hes ring rusty.

Price is close but his record of wins falls short, especially with Harrison being KO1ed yesterday. Perez has been inactive. If he can get a win against Walker then he'll make the list. I'm looking forward to that fight! Another prospect worth mentioning is Luis Ortiz but his wins don't surpass the likes of Jennings or Ustinov.
