Vitali is the most underrated boxer in history

He has the highest KO %, has never lost more than 3 rounds in 1 fight, has never truly lost, has never been down on the canvas, and is HW champion at 41 years old.

Yet, some people don't think he's an All Time Great. By those standards, nobody is an ATG.

    Why Vitali is underrated:
Not because of his actual boxing ability
    He's not American/British
He does not fight in the United States

Well he beat Charr. That alone should secure him a spot among the top 15.

Worst era of the heavyweights. He is overrated if anything.

Your resume isn't **** when you've beaten the best opponents available.

Also, he won more rounds against Byrd and Lewis and only lost by injury. Both men refused the rematch after and Byrd is not Vitali's 2nd best opponent.

You really think Vitali would not be a top fighter in any era?

    He lost those fights, period.

You can't quit and "win most rounds therefore winning"... and you cant get your face tore up and get stopped on a horrid injury and "win most rounds therefore win"

Vitali is arguably the best heavyweight of his era, but that doesn't say much.. it says about as much as Vic Darchinyan being the best in his short span.

Vitali doesn't fight the best available.

I agree, but just move on from it... He will get the respect he deserves in a few years.

    Sanders
    Peter
    Chisora

    All beat Byrd.

  14. I rewatched the Vitali-Lewis fight.

Lewis actually won 3 rounds. lmfao. So technically fat out of shape shot LEwis tko6 AND won 3 of 6 rounds against PRIME Vitali.
Other than Round 2.. every single round is a swing round and could go either way. Lewis could technically have won 5 rounds on some cards....
**** man Old Lewis beat the **** out of Prime Vitali. stupid ****ing ukrainian **** god damn. Stupid Ukrainian Andriy Shevachenko went to Chelsea and got owned by every single Premier League Defender rofl he was passed around like a ukrainian hooker

    This!!!

But forget it, guys like Meow only really know about Heavyweights from the turn of the millennium. To fools like this boxing never really existed before then:nut. Their response would be that Vittles could beat him H2H without having a clue who he was:D
