I watch (Boxing, K-1, and MMA) and I have to say, MMA has been looking pretty bad lately.. Terrible matchmaking, shitty can filled cards etc. When all is said and done I think boxing will have the better year.. the UFC will get better if they trim down the # of cards they have a bit, and if they fire that idiot Joe Silva(one of the WORST matchmakers in CB sports)

If you compare it to boxing it's always gonna look bad. There's a reason why it's always been the #1 combat sport. Mma is young they have some creases to iron out. I hate that UFC is in a cage though cause they have all the best fighters. Mma works better in a ring the octagon is an awful idea. Pride had it right except for knees and kicks to a downed opponent that's pretty barbaric. Elbows on the ground isn't much better though just opens up cuts. Ufc pisses me off it's pretty messed up the monopoly they have on Mma.

Wlad alone will make more money from Povetkin ($17m) than all the UFC duffers added up for 2013. UFC is taking over though...

I love boxing. Even more than MMA.

But attending a live boxing match will NEVER be as satisfying as going to a UFC event. I'd rather go to a UFC card of "nobodies" than a card headlined by a power player like Mayweather Jr.

really? ive found that with live MMA you can't even see whats going on. That's the trouble with the ground game, unless you have camera men zooming in its hard to see whats going on really.

Of course you can always watch the big screen when your at live even..but what the **** is the point of that?

Wrong. Compare the MGM to the Alamdome.

Every sport has its bad angles.

Point being: Go to any UFC card; every fight seemingly has some sort of title implications or ranking shuffle.

Boxing? You get (maybe) two important fights and like 6 other 4-rounders.

And at the UFC event you're pumped with every fight. Boxing? You don't even realize they've reached the ring.

Ufc is always a bad angle cause you have a cage obstructing your view.

It must drive you crazy when something gets on your screen. Check this out.

Oh My God! What's under there. I can't see through it!

Yeah, I mean it´s not like this doesn´t happen in boxing too but I think the UFC needs to make some AS vs Jones or something to please the fans a bit more....
