Apparently its the start of a ''Long term relationship'' between Adam Booth, Hayemaker boxing and Matchroom. Anyone know the details? I can't imagine Haye having a long term ambition to fight. He will perhaps fight 2 or 3 more times in my opinion.

    WOuldbe interesting to find out.

Do you need to be with Matchroom to get a Sky Box Office fight? If so it would make sense to have fights with Matchroom on SkySports for a few fights, then you can go to Vitali Klitschko with a Sky Box Office bargaining chip in hand...

I bet Rob can shed some light. Fast Eddie must have run it by him before signing anything.

No and I couldn't care less,Hayes ego is too big to fight under any promotion,my guess is he wants his fights shown on Sky hence striking up this relationship with Hearn and Matchroom.

    Greedy **** is Haye....

Its probably a 3 fight deal with the idea of one being on PPV.

They all want Vitali to retire to vacate that WBC belt…. The dream scenario is for Fury to win it, have a massive showdown in the UK with David Haye, followed by a big unification fight with Wladamir.

    That’s the plan.

Given that Haye will only fights twice a year tops I suspect it'll be be a three fight deal- Charr in June, someone like Helenius/Pulev/Adamek in November on Sky Sports and then Povetkin/Wlad/Vitali/Stiverne on PPV next year with an option of further PPV dates dependent on buyrates.

Of course if Vitali vacates then things become more interesting- Stiverne and I believe Fury would face off for the WBC title. In that scenario Haye may have a clause in the contract that states he is allowed to fight for a title on a rival network provided if he wins his next fight is on Sky Box Office.

I'm willing to concede that I was wrong on this one! I'm intrigued to see how good Charr is.

Who cares what the deal is? too many so called experts on here.

What matters whether you like him or not is David Haye is fighting again. He is probably the biggest draw in British Boxing and its great for the sport he is fighting again.
