They're at about the same level. Many people can't see past the illusion that manny is/was. He was built through demolishing shot fighters with marquee names. He also very likely used PED's/steroids. Ghost is a better boxer than manny and has cleanly climbed weight classes, while consistently demolishing his opposition. Any objective comparison between the two, with all things considered, and qualified conclusions deem that both current Ghost and prime manny would've presented equal, but different kinds, of difficulty for Floyd.
