HOF - Cotto is a boderline HOF

Great - Trinidad, Calzaghe - H2H he was a ATG, but resume was ****,

ATG - right now, Active ATG = Floyd, Pac, Hopkins - due to resume's + ability - Top 50 of all time in my opinion, exclusive group of a exclusive group (the greats)

    -----------------

People using ATG to easily. Mike Mccallum wasnt an ATG,

The premise of the thread hurts my brain, but I'd probably go with Eddie Booker or Holman Williams - guys who had the ability but not the opportunity to be ATGs.

De Jesus, Rodrigo Valdes and Lew Tendler are good shouts. If you took away their arch-nemesis (Duran, Monzon and Leonard respectively) they may well have dominated their era.

I was just about to say Tendler.

    H. Williams is absolutely an ATG though. Behave :nono

Yeah, definitely an argument for that depending on the criteria.

Personally I find it difficult to rank the Murderer's Row as they had so many fights against each other with different winners, but never won world titles.

Burley and Williams are clearly the greatest out of them- and those were a great great group of boxers. Hard to keep them out of the ATG category just based on resume.
