A lot depends on Petersons ability to weather a few storms and how quickly he warms into the bout.

 

Ortiz hit Peterson with everytinng and he couldnt stop him,and Ortiz hits harder than Matthyse.

 

I dont think he does, anyways if Ortiz had held his form in that fight he would have stopped Peterson, as tough as he is. Ortiz just suffered another mental lapse of his, and let Peterson drag himself back into the fight. He was very lucky to get a draw to.

Peterson will struggle with weight. He was already busting at the seems and now with the time off he has gotten a lil older it will be hard for him to make it. I think it will affect his performance.

 

I expect Peterson to beat Mathysse. Less power, but better schooled all around. Peterson has deceptively good defense.
