Nunn and McCallum were a class above Benn and "Bummer" Graham, and Eubank for that matter.

After they fought to a draw I don't remember either shouting to face Nunn.

Well McCallum beat Graham and dominated Watson who beat Benn and deserved a decision over Eubank himself. Nunn ko'd Kalambay who scored a UD against Graham.

All of them are great in their own ways, in boxing best MW era imo

I used to think so, but no I don't think he has the boxing insight to be Chris

I'd rate Benn, Graham, Nunn and McCallum at about the same level.

Nunn was in a league of his own as far as I'm concerned. Would've dominated everyone if he showed up like he did against Tate, Roldan and Toney.

He won every minute of the first five rounds if I recall, and vast majority of the seventh and eighth, if I remember. This wasn't a bouncing rabbit like Roy Jones staying away, Nunn stood right in front of Toney and just totally outboxed him. Amazing.

and then he fell to pieces.8 round fighter that obviously wasn't training well.

Tate, Roldan, Parker etc was Nunn's brief peak.

    He didn't dominate Toney.

Toney's bodypunching had a bit to do with Nunn's stamina failing him

I doubt it power, i've never agreed with the idea Toney "broke him down" in some sort of deliberate chavez\arguello'esque manner either. There wasn't exactly much bodypunches and Nunn had shown questionable stamina and a tendency to barely fight three minutes of every round over the past couple of years before the fight.Taking breaks, leaning on the ropes, lying inside or just moving without punching much with the hands down low, he was doing it a lot and though there had always been a bit of that sort of supremely confident devil may care clowning\coasting stuff in his style, it was starting to look like he was using a lot of it to cover up the fact he was taking breaks to get his breath back imo.

Once he started to tire he just became vulnerable to Toney's headshot counter rights and wasn't slipping them anymore. Thus setting up the chance of landing bigger left hooks easier.
