James Toney lost to Lucas Browne.

I didn't go into a detailed search but some sites say toney is worth 2 million and some say 4 million but if he owes the IRS then he's going to keep fighting. There's not much as he can do. I remember hearing he has a cigar company don't know he that's doing though

 

Didn't see the fight but what's going on here lol? Didn't hear that he got decked?

Toney has become a caricature of himself. Sad and pathetic. Btw. these people need to take a basic community college course on saving money and investment, while they're still wealthy. This **** is becoming so cliche, especially for black americans.

 

Needs money probably, or just it's the only thing hes good at doing now

 

As already pointed out by other posters, you don't know ****. Not just about boxing, but in general. Tyson is known as a very clever, well read guy as well as an extremely knowledgeable boxing historian.

He can give talks in public and hold people's attention for long periods of time, Toney can barely blurt a string of words out, when he does he usually sounds like he has special needs and needs help going to the toilet.

I knew Tyson was "clued up" even from back in the day.:deal

 

I was more amazed that the ring didn't collapse with these two fat ****s waddling around the ring.

 

The wheels are off, the radiator's busted, muffler fell off, head gaskets are broken, **** the windows don't even roll down anymore. Toney's a beyond-finished ATG.

 

Everyone's forgetting a crucial point here:

When you beat a legend, you become a legend.

 

Would i be right in saying Toneys father in law is his manager , John Arthur ? ,

He is the one who should be saying its time to stop , he should have said it a long time ago, but no doubt he is financially dependant on Toney so is unlikely to ever tell him to quit.

Im a huge Toney fan but i hope for his sake this was his last fight, he needs a healthy lifestyle and a new focus in his life, theres more to life than boxing, live to your means and enjoy life , thats my motto.

I hate to rain on your parade but Lucas clearly walked away from Toney when he had him out on his feet in the 12th round. It was a mark of respect that Lucas wanted him to keep his never KO'd record. Lucas has a clear points victory anyway.

 

Hopefully James does not fight again. In his day he was one of the best.

 

Me too! Classic moment! Mike isn't stupid he just made dumb choices but then again he was 20 years old and had all the money and fame in the world. I dont think many 20 year olds will do better in the same situation.
