Now i dont want a bunch of hate comments on here!!

Lets just be real. If u hate him with all heart for some odd reason, even if u question his resume, who will actually be as great as Mayweather thats boxing now?? I'm talking someone that wins in mutiple weight classes and only loses once or twice there whole career. Basically dominates for a 10 to 15 year span because thats what Mayweather has done.

The only ones I seen now are Broner and Canelo. Broner has the skill set, power, speed and great defense to go a long way. actually even fights like Mayweather so i can see him dominating for a very long time.

Same thing with Canelo. Power in both hands, great combos and accuracy, body punching, and it looks like hes even getting better which scares everyone thats gonna try to fight him for the next 15 years.

I think Danny Garica can be great but doesnt have the skill set to be what Mayweather was. like win in mutiple weight classes. Also like Gamboa but his defense will take him down.

so who do you guys think will be the next great??

I think the next Mayweather must be a fighter that has very good boxing skills, has above average defensive skills, and can be dominant among the other attributes you mentioned. Adrian Broner, Garry Russel Jr., and Mikey Garcia come to my mind. All are young and have very good boxing and defensive skills. Saul Alvarez does show to have some very good defensive skills as evidenced by his fight against Trout and can only improve.

He was one of the few old-school dudes from the 90's still dominating.

EXACTLY :deal All the would-have-been greats are in either the NBA or NFL

Floyd was born and raised into boxing royalty, an ever-dying and disappearing art/discipline. A fighter like Floyd comes once in a generation, and all things considered, we will most likely have to wait an entire lifetime to ever see someone as skilled and dominant as Floyd was.

Enjoy the ride while he's still here.

Don't think there'll be another Floyd Mayweather.

For good and bad, I guess.

    Alvarez is still only 22.

If he keeps improving,he may do incredible things.

    Russell
    Broner
Lomanchenko if he lives up to the hype.
Andre Ward is going nowhere anytime soon.

    Hughie Fury????

There won't ever be another Floyd Mayweather. They just don't teach em like they used to anymore. He's the last of his kind (discounting JT and BHOP).

In terms of boxing ability, Andre Ward.

In terms of persona and ability to promote himself, Adrien Broner. Broner will never be as good of a fighter, though.
