Why didn't he disqualify Stiverne when his cornermen got in the ring while he was counting? He did it to Molina. And then he had the nerve to say "I could have disqualified you" then why didn't you do it? Either do it for ALL fighters or don't do it at all. Wack ass ref.

If you think Stiverne should have been DQ'd, than you think that Molina deserved to be DQ'd against Kirkland. YOU can't have it both ways.

Should refs or judges not fix mistakes in how they handle or view things?

I learned that two wrongs don't make a right when I was 7.

Stiverne fought his heart out and executed his game plan well, Jack Reiss did the right thing by not disqualifying Stiverne for his corner making a mistake.

It's not about what I think, I never said whether or not I believe Stiverne should have been DQ'd, I said Reiss needs to be

As stated above, two wrongs don't make a right.

I'm sure he heard the consensus backlash from fans about the call he made in Molina/Kirkland and decided to make what he now realizes is the correct call.

Not if he makes a bad call, like Mora with Mares and such. You'd hope they don't do it again. But both of us know what's up, Reiss didn't even make that call, it was made for him ringside.

Then he's a disgrace for not doing his job properly until the fans told him to.

    You got that right.

That would have been BS. Yes he could but it was an accident and nothing happened. I don't know his history with that rule but at least he didn't **** up this time

My bad I just realized it wasn't the same ref, Jon Schorle is the one who DQ'd Molina. I apologize to Jack Reiss.

Reiss was downright horrible in Kessler-Ward. He basically allowed Ward to ram Kessler all night, I am not saying that Kessler would have won with a proper ref, but Reiss' performance was a disgrace.

Because in California it is at the descretion of the referee this was clearly explained on the HBO broadcast.
