Froch-Kessler undercard

I think Matchroom thought they had ages and that the under card would sort itself out then as time ticked by the options became limited and we're not left with much now. Bellew/Chilemba has snoozefest written all over it again and Groves is obviously going to be a knock over job opponent so not that impressed overall. Couldn't give a **** about the champs league final either it's a terrible idea to lump two sports together in a PPV card anyway, Pascal/Bute however I am very excited about!

after the fight i guarantee there will be threads all over the place about sky box office and all their ****

 

If main fights good the casual fans its aimed at won't care only a tiny hardcore fans complain!

 

true boxing fans who go to shows all round the country at all levels will feel that a bill with george groves on, bellew on, froch vs kessler on is value for money. bellew fight will be good imo, he knows he really needs to make it exciting otherwise no **** will tune in to him, the fact the first fight was so **** is a positive sign for the rematch

 

They ****ed up with the undercard. Should have had fights lined up a long time ago. Thing is 1 decent fight for Groves or Barker would have made a great card.

 

when you are paying Kessler 2 million then it sort of limits how many fights you can put on!

having a ppv on the night of the biggest club football match of the year isnt a smart decision either.

 

I find it so frustrating that Hearn put more effort into the Haye undercard in 10 seconds than he has for Froch/Kessler.

He's following the failed blueprint for PPV's of the recent past in this country/on SKY. Charge loads but save money on the event itself. Doesn't work.

When will we hear more about fights on the undercard because as it stands, it is appalling.

Robert Guerrero is only getting 3 million and he's fighting Floyd Mayweather in probably the highest grossing fight of the year.

 

Looks like The Eagle needs a new opponent judging by Boxrec..

Judging by that, May 25th undercard is getting lighter..
