The only round Floyd clearly won was the 3rd...

Also Ortiz was ineffective backing up and it was in response to Floyd's pressure. Floyd's no master at cutting off a ring but Ortiz was so ineffective fighting backwards, he wasn't fighting off the back foot, he was evading.

I did like how it highlighted the shots Vic landed around 11:55. People pretend that Mayweather rolled everything on the ropes but that's not true. The slow-mo and freeze-frame helps.

Floyd was winning but I'm still pissed the fight ended the way it did. I wanted to watch a boxing match, not some dude get floored while trying to hug his opponent.

Why is it every time this Ortiz fight is brought up, Sluggles looses his troll mind?

Mayweather was painting Ortiz, and Ortiz couldn't get anything started. Floyd pretty much had Ortiz figured out from the first round and the only thing Victor had was the ambush tactic, but even that didn't really work. Once the plans were exhausted, he went for broke with the headbutt.

No amount of slow motion, you tube vids are going to change the fact that even an immobile Floyd Mayweather was beating and breaking down, the bigger, stronger and heavier Victor Ortreez.

 Because he's my 2nd favorite fighter man! I felt the fight was closer than some made it out to be. The first 2 rounds were close.. Floyd clearly won the 3rd. Floyd won the 4th but Victor was getting closer and closer man... And Victor did land those power shots on the ropes. I still dont know to this day why he did the blatant headbutt... :think... :fire

Ortiz did have his moments, he landed good body shots and had success when he was coming forward, but even prior to the headbutt, you could see a shift in momentum favoring Mayweather. When Ortiz went backward I was a little surprised how many right hooks Mayweather missed.

I can't give Victor a round if I try really hard. I'm not sure I can give him a consecutive minute of the fight.

You can't talk sense into these Floyd-***s. They're a lost cause.

Ortiz has a history of breaking down as the fight goes on. Mayweather has a history of getting stronger and better as the fight goes on. Ortiz eye was going to get closed within the next 2yrs. Ortiz had moments which made the fight interesting, but he was going to get stopped either way.

This, hence the headbutt, he got schooled and frustrated, Fl;oyd would have beaten him up even more if it had not finished that way.
