Rigondeaux's next fight in the works: rumored to be Darch in Miami

Decent fight, one i think that can make Rigondeaux look good. Just want to see him back in the ring as soon as possible

 

Good fight. My man Vic is very awkward and powerful, so he presents a style and knockout danger. Of course Rigo should deal with that danger but Darchinyan is still a HOF-er and multi-division champion with still some left in the tank, so he has a good chance here. Nice scrap.

 

Definitely a good fight, Rigo will look impressive and it's never an easy fight.

Why do people say Vic Darchinyan is a future hall of famer? It's virtually unanimous amongst fans that he's going to be in HOF.

 

Vic is dangerous but his offensive careless approach is perfect to make Rigondeaux shine, good interesting fight.

 

I have been waiting for this news! I thought Darchinyan would be a likely candidate since they are both with Top Rank. I think Guillermo can stop him with his lightning speed, but I could also see Vic going the distance. Rigondeaux would probably win almost every round if not every round. I have been thinking he should fight in Miami and try to build a following there. He lives there and of course, there is a large Cuban population there. I live about 9 hours away from Miami, but if he fights there, count me in. I want front row!!

Hey, any news on that party/celebration for Rigondeaux in Miami that I heard about? Maybe it was the WBO belt crowning that I read about.

 

Why the hell is Terrazas fighting Donaire in the first place? It should be Rigo vs Terrazas. :twisted:

 

I called it said the only way they could get people to watch Rigo is if they put him in with somebody exciting like Vic. Rigo already cheery pciking

 

After getting KO by nonito Vic fought mares and lost a close fight.
But he doesn't carry his scary power around anymore, neither his speed is the same. Rigo instead is on his peak right now.
But the fight can turn to be interesting since he's a very experienced fighter.

Donaire is moving up, he's not staying at 122.
Terrazas has been rumored to fight Santa Cruz next if gbp and tr work it out.
But I agree, rigo vs terrazas makes all sense.
