What part was staged....his opponent slamming him on his back or him jacking him with an OH R??? Or was it the fake knee to the back that released him from the fake hold he was in?:huh:huh:huh
Sorry, I had to forward it to the knockout part no way I can watch two sweaty men on the floor for any length of time! It looked like Ricardo kneed him in the kidney, that crap hurts bad!!!
Sherdog have him listed as 0-2 now following the loss to mayorga but in their article about the fight they say "he claimed a record of 5-1 going into the fight". The five wins might have been under amateur rules or something. The knee mayorga landed was an illegal strike too but the ref didnt call it. crazy stuff.
I was wondering about that knee to the back. I guess it is illegal in MMA. Mayorga against a decent MMA fighter is going to get ****ed. I don't think any MMA would like to "box" Mayorga.
I used to love to watch him fight, but it looked like two guys that had no idea what they were doing. Plus he looked fat.
20 pounds overweight and an illegal knee to the back to set up the knockout - it's safe to say Ricardo hasn't changed. The man doesn't give a single, solitary ****.
Did look staged. Guy on the floor gets kneed on the ground and he overreacts, like "ouch, that really hurt me!" Usually when you get hurt your body goes into protect mode not ouch mode.
