You missed my edit orriray59. Damn it. Don't you ever take a break!

We're going to just agree to disagree.

The idea that you're not going to assess Dempsey beating bigger men, and Jeffries beating up on smaller ones in a P4P context is bizarre. Unless it's already built in with your HW rankings, I don't think that's completely right because they're HWs and that's just how the division operates.

Maybe I'll convince you some other time why you're wrong.

Hope everyone is having fun with the fight. Not sure if all you guys are watching but it's going to be my first time watching a fight at the Theatre. Will argue with you knuckleheads later.

I could see Tyson moving up a tier

But then I feel Dempsey should be higher than holding

I'll take Dempsey over Johnson and Jeffries.

    107 - Kid Chocolate
    108 - Beau Jack
    109 - Bob Mongomery
    110 - Pancho Villa

I forgot Les Darcy. I think he belongs around here.

I swapped Mandell and Chocolate, as couple of people suggested, seems reasonable.

Thoughts on Darcy and the ordering here?

Darcy is a good shout at around 5ft 6 inches and 11 stone and beating heavyweights is impressive but I don't know much about his opposition to be honest . was jeff smith an elite fighter .

Not sure but I think Darcy avenged his defeats in rematches which always impresses me as long as the rematches are made within a reasonable time period.

Darcy was I think the first man to stop Eddie McGoorty in almost 100 fights

Not sure on Darcy over Tyson though

Good decision on Mandell by the way :good

Is Pong greater than Mr. Myung-Woo Yuh or Saharpom really, let alone greater than Bus Station, Kill Moon or The Indestructible Boomsong himself?

I'm not even sure he's better than Kingpetch.

By the way, pretty sure, even Pong himself would admit Khaosai is a much, much, much greater fighter.:yep

I'm definitely happy with Fenech that high. He really should have been a titlist in 4 divisions before he lost, and unlike a Robert Guerrero type he had wins over elite fighters and was arguably robbed of the 4th title, against an ATG, who makes this top 100.

Okay he wasn't undisputed in the lighter classes, and didn't get to fight Esparragoza. But seeing as many felt Villasana deserved the draw against the other champ', and Fenech dealt with him, Jeff was deffo' one of the best featherweights of the time.

The demolition job on Payakarun is validation of his ability if you know of Samart's stature going into the fight. He was weight drained, but Fenech was likely tight at the weight himself. Great win and performance.
