Why is it that people have to love such boring performances ? If your going to charge the public at least make it exciting ! Fans have a right to voice their opinion ! Im learning more and more that the term hater is for the ignorant ! As boxing fans we should demand the very best match ups ! Not settle for weak ones and be in awe of a total mismatch !!!!

well said my man. I was born in '85 so I was to young to see or remember SRL. Hell I much more remember the Tyson after jail. What Im getting at is I don't know that I will ever get to see an ATG in the prime of their career again. These fighters are so rare..

I was gonna make a thread on this myself I cannot believe the hate going on towards floyd its pathetic

dont get me wrong I aint no *****sexual but his performance last night after yet another year out and at 36 was brilliant, The ghost was made to look ****! alright he isnt an elite talent but he was the current best at 147 and it showed how much better floyd is than the competition

I prefer him at 147 he always looks too slow at 154 dont you think? The Canelo fight would be a good one next I cannot see anything other than Floyd schooling him too on that performance

You didn't see Jones jr.? You don't see Rigondeaux? These fighters always come around, and as fans we have to hope that they're interested in fighting the best. Floyd certainly isn't interested in that, so **** him. Seeing him just shows you what you're missing out on, not on what you have. If he is 'prime' now then his competition is even more disgraceful. Ortiz? Old Cotto? Guerrero? Pathetic.

What's with you and your hard on for Rigondeaux?

What does he do that's so much better than Floyd?

Besides the fact he couldn't draw flies to a **** factory.

I'm convinced it dosen't matter who Floyd fights, and beats. He'll never get his just due by some people. Guerrero was younger, had hunger and was suppose to give Floyd a hell of a fight. Guerrero did worst then Cotto. To any other fighter Guerrero tactics would of suited him just fine, but he was fighting the bestof this era. A guy who took everything Guerrero was good at and nullified it. Now people screams Canelo name, after Canelo it will be Martinez etc etc. Haters stop hating and enjoy the fact that your witnessing the SRR, SRL, Ali, Joe Louis, and Marciono, of this era. Keep in mine I'm not saying Floyd is any of those guys, but he sits in the same stratosphere as they do.

That's what great about life, you have choices. and nobody forces you to pay money for something you don't want to see.

However, if all you're paying is to see mayweather lose, you'd best to save your money, especially when he fights b level fighters.

Look at Mayweather's opposition since 2007. Absolutely pathetic. If he fights and beats the likes of Garcia and Canelo like that I'll be the first to shout out about his boxing genius. Guerrero was a dud opponent and Mayweather put on a dud performance. Nothing to do with being a 'hater'.
Whoever thought Guerrero was going to put up any fight should slap themselves, this was a dud fight from the moment it was announced. Those guys you mentioned were interested in fighting the best and enhancing their legacies, Floyd says himself that his number one priority is to escape any potential injury and make money. His opponents and his performances reiterate that. He isn't an athlete showing his greatness, he's the reflection of everything that is wrong with the professional sport today.
