People who say Mayweather was boring last night.

How in the hell as a boxing fan can you say Floyd was boring?

Lets recap a minute on his performance:

Floyd gave a boxing lesson and showed the true art of boxing. First he took away Roberts jab which helped control the range to shoot his own jab and set up his other shots all night. Robert was in trouble once he couldn't utilize his jab. Then as I said in another thread that Floyd is not going to get out muscled by Robert and would be spinning him once on the ropes which is something you are taught in the gym.

Also noticed how Robert was throwing his left hand every time Floyd threw a shot in the first 2 rounds but then Floyd adjusted to that and started throwing that right hand to the body. As soon as he did that Robert started looking for it and Floyd would come back up top. I also noticed that everything Robert did to try and et into the fight Floyd shut it down and when Robert tried to get his jab going Floyd took it away again. May I remind you that Roger Mayweather has said several times in the past that, "You need a jab to even bother my nephew."

Floyd also threw combinations and had a mean look about him as if he wanted to punish Robert. Just to wrap this up Floyd's foot work was amazing. He kept his foot in the center of Roberts when he wanted to throw certain shots and put it on the outside for other shots and basically used the sweet science to a T.

I guess you have to appreciate the art of boxing to actually appreciate that performance last night bc it was pure boxing at its finest! :deal

 

First of all you are not a fan of boxing you are a fan of Manny Pac. Second of all you have provided nothing to this thread. At least explain why you thought it was boring with some substance otherwise stay the **** out of the thread and do something better with your life instead of wasting one sec.

 

So how about you tell us what you wanted to see? I seen a guy take away another fighters jab in the ring. Mix up to the head and body and much more. I see a fighter spinning another fighter while on the ropes.
