The salesman got a nice grilling last night from Mr Reality Check aka Paul Dempsey who let Haye have some of his own medicine. He talks fighters down, You had you're chance pal and blew it and then made a mug of yourself.

No ratings for that. Pianeta went out on his shield in brave fashion and much respect to him for defeating cancer and giving it a go.

 

It was very naughty of Haye and Mr Dempsey scalded him for it.

Last night was just so much better than the arse kissing we normally see when the "in-house" fighters appear in the studio on Sky and Boxnation.

I wish ESPN would do more boxing. Darke and Woodhall were great together too.

He's both, in all honesty.

I don't know why he is how he is, especially considering his own poor performance against Wlad.

He had his shot, and didn't deliver on the night, that's that as far as I'm concerned.

He spent years deriding all the Klitschko's opponents, saying they were just bums that fall over, or don't try, or this, or that, or the other. And didn't do much better than any of them if truth be told, aside from leaving the ring on his feet without taking too much heavy punishment.

He's made his money and should just **** off.

 

At least Pinata can just go off back to the ballrooms now, he got a nice 150,000 payday, that'll be a deposit on a house and a new ford focus, but what he ALSO got the respect of online muppets, and you can't put a price on that.

Haye probably will cry himeslf to sleep in his gold plated bed in his mansion

 

Haye lasted 12 rounds but maybe won 1 or 2 rounds but otherwise he didnt fair much better than any other Klitschko oppenents he was just beat the same way in rather boring methodical way like everyone else since he became the heavywirght champ for a second time

 

Nah not really.

Haye was the ONLY opponent who didn't look levels below Klitschko in the ring, he fought a poor tactical fight but had little trouble negating Klitschkos offence into a stalemate, only interrupted by klitschko landing a few jabs per round.

Klitschko fought lame as well, jabbing, grabbing and leaping backwards, he wasn't much better. Haye walked out with nowt to show but a fat lip for his 12 rounds with Klitschko, nobody else has done that.

Funny another thread is Haye bitter, then all start bitching and moaning about Haye, are you bitter or something?

 

nothing bitter about Haye, his poor showing against klit doesn't mean he's shouldn't fight him again, or one of them.

the truth is and theres no harm in Haye knowing it either, but the truth is Haye IS the best HW opponent out there in todays game. So why shouldn't he be pushing for it.

The big difference is Haye really went all out in the lead up to the fight (obviously to sell it) and to a lot of people he looked content to get his payday without putting too much into winning the fight. Are people bitter about Haye? Yes, yes they are, because that fight cost a lot of us £15. If I'm going to contribute to giving you millions of pounds I at least want you to try and earn it.
