Gary Russell jr's coming out party against Mares!

    My boy Gary is in works to get Mares later on this year. To be honest we thought Mares would lose. He won and looked good, but **** it Gary wins by stoppage. I'm bias as hell **** everybody.

    Just hope Haymon doesn't put him on the Mayweather undercard cause I don't want to pay yhat big ticket price. Either way DC will be in the building rather vegas or Atlantic City.

    Haymon please put the fight on the undercard of the Sept. PPV! Mayweather-Canelo and Mares-Russell as the co-main event! I'll be @ the theatre again! :deal I was with all my bro's... I was rollin, watching the fights. Having a blast :yep

    That's what they said about Ward! He's beens preparing for Ponce since last year! Sparring lots of rounds so going 12 won't be a problem!

    I got Gary in this one. Speed kills. dont think he can stop him tho. Can't wait to see betting odds for this.

    good point. but I think Ward's pre-S6 competition was alot better than Russells. at least he fought Edison Miranda..

    but GRJ looks like a rare talent, so i think he's ready.

    Put it on a card with Berto in Atlantic City so I can drive there and afford floor seats. That's only a $300 ticket

    Yeah I was rooting for Ponce... It suprised me that Mares had the power to floor Ponce and that he actually got the finish!
