I'm black and hispanics used the word all the time...it doesn't bother me. it's an excepted term among minorities.

Caucasian whites CANNOT use it...ever.

Yep. I'm black/puerto rican and my puerto rican family (who live in the hood) uses it just as much as blacks. Blacks and Puerto Ricans usually come up together in low income areas so it's usually no big deal to hear it.

For those who are fans of hip hop, terror squad is a good example. Rappers like Big Pun and Fat Joe regularly included the term in their raps.

The Garcia's are from North Philly! If anyone here on ESB has been there then that's all thats need to be said. I mean PR's are basically black latinos at least here in the states. Yeah you will have some old timers who dont agreee but in society they are viewed the same as us.

When I met Danny and Angel they were cool and respectful. Had a good convo with them.

 

I hope someone gives Mayfield a shot.

These guys seeking the fastest way to money and fame while bypassing the traditional ladder fighters take to get there. Can't be too surprised, fairly indicative of the culture we live in. No one wants to work for it anymore, everyone feels entitled. I wonder how that happened.
