Well judging by the number of threads started about the guy.

Im guessing a good few people still take him seriously

Stood in front of Wlad with his hands down smiling while the boring robot jab jab grabbed ,Ran backwards every time Haye attempted to throw climbed on Hayes back like he was promoting gay marriage

What happend to giving Haye a pizza face ??? Wlad fought scared Haye did not attack enought 50/50 blame

 

I share the views of many in thinking that Haye probably beats most heavyweights (not named Klitchko anyway)

Dont confuse the Klittards thats how you look good in a fight with Wlad turn up fat and unheard of stand there while Wlad jabs and leans on you for 6/8 rounds

Chisora fight alone was a better fight to watch than any Wlad fight i can remember ,Also that would be the Chisora Wlad fakes 3 injuries to avoid fighting
As Wlad cant deal with pressure fighters you have to be fat slow and unheard of to get a shot at Wlads titles

That has much to do with the Klitschko brothers reamining in control of their own careers and money. They won't sign with a snake, and for that they pay a price. More power to them, IMO.

 

As far as the original question: Haye has some support in his home nation, as you would expect, but here in the States he is mostly thought of as a joke. It is hard to take a blabbermouth like him seriously when he makes so many bold predictions about what he will do to opponents and then runs for 12 rounds... and blames it on a toe injury.

The man is a wanker who talked his way into a HW title shot. When the day came for his biggest fight ever, he bottled it.

 

Judging by the amount you seem to post about him, I'm guessing you certainly do.

 

David Haye seriously wants to fight Vitali. The person I don't take seriously is Vitali, who pretends to be a world champion while fighting fat bums and ducking slick fast fighters like Haye.
