he's overrated by casuals who think he's the GOAT. But he is a top 5 atg and second best heavyweight AT THE LEAST (he's my #1) of all time
What people dont realise is knockouts happen. Knockdowns happen. Its not a reflection of the fighter. Ali has the best heavyweight resume in history. Add to that the way he fought. Greatest heavyweight of all time. You cannot deny that, because he is. Wasnt a nice person, but a great entertainer none the less as well.

Then again, we've all seen Tyson-McBride and Tyson-Williams, Lewis-Rahman I and Lews-McCall I, and Marciano getting schooled for 12 rounds against ancient JJW before landing a lucky punch in 13.We've also seen Louis getting put on his ass by the likes of Galento and Buddy Baer and sparked out by a smaller, older Max Schmeling. We've seen Vitali quit against Byrd because he was missing too damned much; and Wlad sparked by an aging, semi-pro golfer. Guess everyone listed is overrated, too, eh?

Was an absolute loud mouth who was an average HW champion compared to other era's, a small HW by todays standards, and fought on until he turned out to be...you can see what he is now, lets not spell it out That is the real ALI.
