No it's not. Guerrero is a better more accomplished and highly ranked fighter than Rios. It can't be argued. Guerrero was also PBF's mando and earned his shot, Rios hasn't earned a shot with Pac and Rios is also tailromade for Pac. Pac eats slow come forward guys like Rios for breakfast.

I would have preferred Alexander because I feel that Alexander is a better fighter than Guerrero and is a harder styles match up for PBF than Guerrero was. I was never a big fan of PBF fighting Guerrero so don't get it twisted *******.:nono With that said Guerrero earned his shot unlike Rios.
Good points I think Rios is tailor made, but he's tough as hell and he'll test Pac's chin. Itll give a good gauge of where Pac is at. If he can't dominate rios, he's finished imo.

Rios couldn't handle Alvarado's movement, how the hell is he going to be able to handle Pac's? Pac should fight Devon Alexander.
Rios got the fight because he has more charisma than Alvarado. But I think Alvarado would have provided a tougher fight.
