Ellerbe for me. Floyd always comes in stupidly fit/ripped. Probably some training regiment Leonard utilizes.

It's not Kell Brook's coach. Keeps getting his ass injured.

I think Angel may be the best, but he still has to prove himself more. So far I've only seen him with Marquez and Rios. He's working with Pascal now, so we'll see.

Well unless anyone here has actually worked with any of them its kinda hard to know!

Marquez made huge strides because somehow he had managed to make it as far as he did without using ANY S+C coach.

So any coach at all was going to make huge strides with him

    Wrong.

He is currently Floyd's SNC coach, and was Rahman's for a couple of years.

He's one of the best in the business.

He's definitely done a lot for Floyd, probably one of the many reasons why Floyd has been so dominant.

Floyd is his own strength and conditioning coach. I guess you could say his father was this time around.

Definitely not. Floyd does train himself from time to time but Leonard is the designated SNC trainer of Floyd's team. Leonard is the one who creates the training regiments.

Mackie Shilstone should be in that list too. Helped Holyfield, Jones Jr. & Hopkins all move up in weight and challenge bigger guys (successfully).

I remember I used to read these forums a while ago, and I saw some guy talking about how good he would be as a strength and conditioning coach. He was quoting some gay ass boxercise class he does. I hope this isn't the same dude; that **** sounded really ****ing gay. :rofl
