Alvarado is out for the rest of the year with a hand injury. Besides, when Alvarado was the front-runner for this fight, he too was being shitted on as an opponent.

It looks like somebody is not in touch with reality. :-(

Alvarado is injured, touch and go he fights again this year so too much of a risk. Alvarado was first choice (after Bradley and Marquez). Mindless hate without any facts

meh it's a good fight only because Pac just woke up from his slumber

if he wins this with ease they should put him back in there with Marquez or Bradley to really test where he's at (though I think Bradley got heavily damaged last fight and might get damaged more against Marquez :-()

i honestly had no idea about alvarados hand injury so i suppose there is no negative in this fight then.

if there is a rehydration clause in the fight then it is a cherry pick in my eyes...

It's a good comeback fight for both guys. See if Pac is finished, and see if any of that Rios hype was deserved.

Where have you ever heard of a rehydration clause? I've never heard anyone ever claim or ask for one. The only thing I've ever heard mentioned was Floyd to Winky, and I'm pretty sure that was just his way of saying he was too big for him..

That would be extremely dangerous, don't even know if they'd allow that.
