It's a good fight. Considering how Mayweather-Guerrero -- which was/is far less competitive -- was lapped up by everyone, it baffles me how people are going to **** on this. A few important things to note:
    • Pac's coming off, arguably, three back-to-back losses
    • Pac got brutally KO'd in his last outting (which who knows how many fights it's taken out of him - in addition to him already being on the decline)
    • Pac will have been out, inactive, for almost a year
So, it's not that big of a crime for him to then pick someone who:
    • Will weigh 160+ on fight night
    • Is one of the hardest punchers at 140-147
    • Is one of the most durable fighters at 140-147
Sure, he comes in a style which plays into Pac's hands, but it's also a style which will test what he has left - his chin, durability and heart. Because, again, he got KTFO'd the last time he stepped in the ring.

Pac is going to be on a manslaughter charge after this fight.

Good fight for 5 or 6 rounds. It won't be competitive if it lasts to the later rounds. What time is it likely to start?

Can't say Mayweather or Pac are exactly my favourite fighters out there, but is interesting to see certain people who hammered the Mayweather-Guerrero match-up quite like Pac-Rios. Hmmm

Rios is tough but not as tough as Margarito, he has been hurt in numerous fight, and PAcquiao will hurt him.

    Conflicting reports, either:

    - Primetime US, which will be around 10am Sunday morning Macau time, or;
    - Early hours Macau time (2am) which will be 2pm Saturday afternoon US time.

if Pac fight without the killer instinct ala the bradly fight i can see Brandon taking him out...

If he fights more like he did against Marquez although he got stopped with a monster punch i can see him ripping brandon a new one...

Ive been saying for awhile now that rios is a KO waiting to happen. Manny hurt margarito more than once so he can hurt Rios...

be interesting to see if Manny chins holds up hes been fighting bigger guys for awhile now and it can catch up with you quickly

Its mind boggling to comprehend how people like this fight but not the Mayweather Guerrero matchup. Is Mayweather just that good that a top 5 welter isn't a good match? He was prime, naturally bigger, southpaw, great all around technical skill, adaptive reactive, good pop, versatility, and mentally tough with a great beard. Add that to Floyd coming off a 1 year layoff himself, he's not prime either, the whole his legs are gone thing, he's been getting hit more, and being in jail. But on this inverse Pacquiao is fighting a guy whose maybe a top 5 from 140, (ill disregard that he's fresh off his first loss because pac arguably lost 3 straight) whom is tailor made to make him look impressive. For all those saying he has all this power, he had pop, but it's not as much as you think it is. His knockouts all come from accumulation and pressure. He's got a good beard, but we all know he's slow and methodical and punches with volume. He's going to be a poor man's margarito. Everyone always says pac is so small for welter, why doesnt he just fight at 140, its always an advantage of some sort. The man just got to 140, now pac wants it at 147. Why can't we ever see him fight a guy on an even playing field. This will be a cakewalk, it doesnt matter which version of pacquiao shows up. Rios is getting KOd in a matter of rounds, he can't deal with speed, or movement or any technical skill unless they eventually wilt. He's gonna look like a punchingbag in there. Just coming in to collect a check is all. Good comeback fight for pacquiao i guess

Was just watching Pac-Marquez IV and if Pac comes to fight like he did that night Rios better book facial reconstruction surgery. That was the best Pac fought since The Margarito fight and I know he got KTFO by Marquez in the fight but he was really starting to hurt him before the KO.
