it was probably postponed because the purse bids for Billy Joe Saunders and John Ryder are tomorrow. if FW wins the bid then it will probably top that bill. its at Wembley on June 15th.

BTW - stupid idea for frank to put Smith v Dodson on in LONDON

Whoever wins the purse bids wins the purse bids but this will do nothing to ease the tension.

Frank always bids dig though so will probably win.

Paul Smith was tweeting that there'll be 7 title fights on the card. He and Dodson wanted it in Liverpool but Frank wants it as part of this mega card.

Could this be another Magnificent 7 type event :hey

title fights can mean anything. Southern Area/Masters.

Not sure why he doesn't do this in Liverpool.

Tony Dodson v Paul Smith (Vacant British Super Middleweight)
Liam Walsh v Stephen Smith (Commonwealth Super Featherweight)
Liam Smith v Obodai Sai (Commonwealth Light Middleweight)
Paul Butler v Jamie Conlon (British & Commonwealth Super Flyweight)
Gary O'Sullivan Joe Selkirk (WBO International Middleweight)

wasn't there talk of a BJS v O'Sullivan fight in a WBO eliminator??

also paul butler is Superfly weight not Middleweight

  8. don't think frank puts Southern Area/Masters fights on any big cards , but I agree the above could have been put on in Liverpool and been the biggest card there all yr

One thing winning a bid by bidding silly money can he actually pay for it.

something tells me that Hearn has this one covered, he will win the bid comfortably because he needs the fight for Ryder and wants it on one of his bills. Plus if ****** wont let BJS fight on a hearn card he will have to vacate the title meaning Ryder will still get the shot, just against someone else.

I don't see any reason why Frank will stop Billy Joe Saunders fighting on Eddie's card.

If anything, Eddie will not allow Ryder to fight on Frank's show.

Do we have to keep going down this road?

What are you basing this on? I can think of one example where a Frank fighter went on somebody elses show?
