the fight is at 154 same day weigh ins. That way the fight is on equal terms.

Why the special treatment? fights are fought at weight classes with 24 hours to rehydrate

There's no chance something like that gets sanctioned. That's worse than same day weighin, and that's considered unsafe

Canelo really should be fighting at 160. Motherfukcer putting on 20 pounds + at 154 is ****ing ridiculous.

Not in the US, 0 rehydration wouldn't fly. Or any first world country. But maybe they could do it somewhere in the Caribbean, or Central America, maybe even Philippines lol. That'd be some throwback ****, Thrilla in Manila part 2.

Tell that to Gamachi Im pretty sure his view on this is deferent . Beside floyd has no problem making same day weigh in .. If you can make the weight on same day weigh in then you should not be fighting at that weight.

Exactly!!! It should not be a big deal now, now that re-hydration drinks are allowed in the corners during the fights.

Then why should Floyd fight a guy who back in the day would have been a SMW and he himself still a WW.
    :!:
(I do say that Floyd should fight Canelo but i also say that it´s an unfair matchup.)

This only servers as a advantage to guys who can't compete in their natural weight class so they move down, only to add 20lb over night.
This would force fighter to stay in shape and maintain their fighting weights between fights.

This is getting sad. Mayweather has fought twice at 154 with no special conditions. He holds a JMW title. He doesn't need a same day weigh in or anything of the sort.
