The problem is the choice of opponent !

It's true, it's pretty much Canelo but riskier fights sell better than noncompetitive ones, common sense. And any top 5 fight at 154 is riskier than any of those 140ers. Martinez used to be an option at 154, but looks like that ship has sailed.

Martinez will be out for a long while again, hes too old to move back down anyways......Matthysse and Garcia after Canelo are good fights. Matthysse is a risky fight for mayweather

If you believe that you're pretty dumb, do you think that the cost of producing the event will be equal to advertising, the gate and every other income apart from PPV income?

Canelo is key here, to reverse the momentum. Probably best to put him on the undercard in September with a signed contract for May, but at this point that'll take some convincing

let canelo and floyd do their things in sept and then in may fight, then floyd can fight garcia, matthysse after that. as long as floyd gets canelo in there i dont care what he does

Showtime wouldn't get that, that goes to the promoter. However given that Sho boxing is pretty much a branch of GBP, maybe you're right in the big picture. That figure came from Rafael AFAIK

Oh god, now he's in denial here.:rofl

Unless you have goldfish memory you should be able to remember yesterday where you refused to throw up a picture of yourself after brutally humiliated in the money thread.:rofl

It's alright we know you're trying to save face even though you're a 42 year old man trolling online forums about a boxer he doesn't like. You and Iceman71 must be twins.

The public is sick of paying for mismatches! You can only go so long fighting blown up featherweights!
