this is not about dawson, is about canelo, and if floyd was willing to fight a 20yo kid in canelo 2 years ago, he shouldnt have any excuses now as long as canelo still fights at 154lbs....

AFAIK Pac never had a rehydration clause, just the 2 catchweights in his 7th and 8th weight class. Nobody else has 6 divisional belts with no CWs.

Every single boxer goes up at least 2 weight divisions, Canelo goes up like 2 and a half thats why his stamina is ****
As long as they make weight its all good

You know what, If Canelo really wanted a straight up fight with Floyd, he would have stayed at 147 and worked his way into a fight like the Ghost did. He didn't wanna pay no dues plus he knew he would get his ass beat for sure so he took his ass up to 154 now he wants to take Floyd out his comfort zone and into his comfort zone. What the **** does Floyd owe him, not a dam thing. Canelo is just like the rest. He wants a shot at that big paper. The only difference is that his ***** ass wants somebody to sacrifice for a shot he claims to want instead of him sacrificing to get the shot. When Mayweather wanted Oscar, he went up and also for Cotto. Don't get me wrong, them gents had paid their dues and deserved a measure of respect. Canelo ain't done **** but got a questionable decision in Texas. It's not that Mayweather won't fight him, it that he not gonna take no **** from a hyped up mother****er trying to dictate terms to the best fighter in the world. He might fight him and he might not, ether way I gives no **** cause I'm gonna watch him whenever or whoever he fights.

i said he shouldn't have any excuses, and if he doesnt then lets just get the fight done, but stop complaining , if weight is not any issue for floyd then what is wrong with all these *****s?
like i said before floyd was willing to fight him 2 years ago, there is not one valid reason why this fight doesnt get done now...

Same day weigh in wouldn't be that bad, the same guys would still be fighting each other. For example Canelo, Trout, Martinez, Golovkin would all be SMW-LHW's, while the current SMW's and LHW's would be Cruiserweights.

Mayweather, who weighs in 150-152 on fight night, would be fighting at JMW against the current JWW's like Garcia, Matthysse, Peterson, Khan and some of the WW's who can come at 154 or under.

When it comes to weight class, Floyd is truly what you call an old school fighter. He actually fights around his walk around weight. If he wanted to take advantage, he'd have stayed at 140 for the rest of his career.

That's BS. I've seen fights where the fighter hasn't made weight and they would have to weigh in the next day. Same day weigh in can occur in the morning or anytime thereafter.

Really? Seems that he conceded ring size to Oscar; Glove size to Oscar; short money to Oscar. Seems like special conditions to me and they don't seem to favor Floyd either. BTW, the same day weigh in wouldn't be for Floyd, but rather for Canelo.

Boxing consists of events that are often times made up of special conditions. Examples of these are: Drug testing beyond the commission, monetary penalty for weight overage, ring size, gloves, etc.
