I could be fighting between 130-135,wherever he finds the most profitable opportunity.
But I'm afraid he'll be push to 140 after the big names and much bigger guys.

Darley Perez has beaten 13 of his 28 opponents coming off a straight loss, and 5 more having won their last bout but having lost their second to last fight.

On tape Perez is fairly basic, decent fundamentals, sets up a crafty counter once in a while, but Gamboa's speed and mobility should handle him fairly easily. Wish he didn't have to feast on a Colombian on his way back on track but at least it gives him incentive to keep his hands up :hey

Darley Perez; A guy who's 28 & 0 and still fighting guys with losing records :nono

After Gamboa's last show the knives are out, he may well be finished, got old overnight before he ever reached his true heights! I sincerely hope not but thats the way it looked.

Hope I'm wrong, I have a lot of love for Yuriorkis :deal

I fear Gamboa would be nullified at length by Abril, I always felt Chris John would have been a big problem for Gamboa because of his long, piercing jab and his high output.

Vazquez Gamboa would be a great fight for the boxing purists, this would be fascinating to see.

Gamboa Burns would be GREAT! Burns has a young aspiring promoter who would make this fight in a heart beat :deal

IMO, Gamboa had good options at 130 against Juama, Uchiyama, Rocky Martinez, A. Mendez, should have stayed there a lil more.
