Cant do that sir, just made a bet that I intend on honoring with T Bag Speed is not everything you would think that Petersons speed would have beat Rios but it didnt. Manny has a bigger uphill battle here IMO than does Rios, Rios simply needs to get his timing right and keep a tight defense and not allow Manny to test that chin basic boxing stuff.... Manny on the other hand has to find a way to mentally get himself into the idea of going to war with out thinking about what happened to him last time out. The mental damage alone from that knock out is work in itself, then he has to deal with Rios coming for him... I see him fighting like he did with Cotto baiting Rios in and catching him with left uppercuts right hooks. But I also think Manny is near finished if he isnt all together finished mentally.
Rios is no joke, but Pac's accuracy, speed, and footwork will be the difference. I expect Pac to put on a savage beating.
If Pacquiao can't look good against Rios he is totally shot, because you can't get a better style for Pacquiao than Rios. The Pacquiao of a few years ago would have ended the boxing career of Rios and ruined his life. He's slipped and the Marquez KO might have took nearly everything he had left but if he does have anything significant left Rios is getting hammered.
An exciting fight. Brawler vs. Brawler. But Pacquiao's skill is too refined for the one sided Rios and I see Pacquiao winning via stoppage just as long as Pac fights smart. I love Rios and all but he his face might look very similar to Margarito's with his no defense style.
Fighters can come back from 1 punch kos. Fighters who took a sustain long beat in a course of many rounds is hard to come back from.
Cus Mannys entire career was all about him having a master defense and never taking any punishment
Which is why i said "fighters" but TS is suggesting that Pac cannot come back bc of a brutal 1 punch ko. It is a known fact that 1 punch is less damaging than a sustain beating that can lead to blood clots and more prone to brain damage.
That shot finished him his career leading up to that contributed to him being starched like that. He is done!
I'll say this. If he loses to Rios and more than likely by KO, he is definitely 100% done. Rios is a decent fighter but he have no business beating someone like Pac though. Not to mention his gas tank is about 8 rounds and is not good in cutting off the ring.
I'm not sure how much long term damage an abrupt KO does to a fighter. A prolonged beating, yes. But the big one punch or one combo KO that stops the fight on a dime?
