Now that's one guy who deserves a payday like that, so he can ride into the sunset aferwards. Hope for him it's true :good

 

he deserves it for what he gave boxing, but his skills at this point are not worth 10 million against Canelo. I think Trout was a tougher fight for Canelo.

 

Cotto could cause canelo alot of problems. take the 10 mill. even if he loses he could just have a farewell fight at msg to end his career

 

I like Cotto, one of boxing's true (and one of a very few) gentleman. A bit of double standards when it comes to catchweights but still a very likeable and HOF fighter

I just hope he doesn't get badly hurt against Canelo...he has decent movement and he needs to move A LOT to stand any chance - but one of those quick right hands will KO him

Skills wise, maybe not. But what he represents in fans, the Mexico-PR rivalry, revenge for a sibling storyline, and of course, being ****ing Miguel Cotto, he's well worth the money!
