I think right now, Wilder beats every heavyweight except for Wladimir Klitschko (and possibly Vitali, Haye and Pulev). People will agree with me after they see him destroy Chisora faster than Haye did.
A fit Chisora will be too much for Wilder. The question as ever with Chisora will be what sort of shape does he turn up in.
I see Price KO Chisora faster as Haye did, but that doesn't mean I'd favor him over Haye. It's about style and power, and that favors Wilder in this case.

this is actually a really good fight because chisora is finished as a credible opponent if he loses badly and this is by far the best opponent wilder has faced. good fight. I like it.
