He had over 18 pounds of weight gain after the weigh in at his last fight and came into a 154 fight weighing 172.

Does his team feel he can't make 154 for long? His team wants him to fight Floyd very soon, next fight.

That WBC guy recommends Alvarez has two more fights first. Floyd probably wants Gasnelo to at least beat Cotto, so Gasnelo can come into the fight with hype.

*****s: Suddenly Canlo is to big for Floyd because Floyd is a blown up light welterweight who can still make 140 .

I believe he's finding it increasingly difficult to boil down. Which sucks for him, because he doesn't have the height and reach to be the same force at 160.

He'll be ok with good matchmaking at 160, but not above that. Add into that, he doesn't have the footwork to box off his backfoot, and doesn't have the stamina or workrate to be a pressure fighter and it's tough to see him succeeding high up in weight.

so does trout need to move up to middleweight too? because there was only one pound difference between both fighters.Ortiz probably needs to move up to JMW since he came in at 165 for the Mayweather fight. All fighters balloon up when it comes to fight night not just Canelo

what a ***** ass mother****er the op is.

Floyd ain't makin excuses about canelhoes weight why the **** are you?

Floyd wants canelo and he'll beat him stop tryna make an issue when there ain't one.

  15. Canelo should go to 160. He can stop Sergio I think. Floyd isn't ever gonna fight him at a weight higher than 147 and Canelo will die trying to make that.
