No I will get a ton of hate because its me asking this question.....but its a pretty fair one.

If you have won purse bids for Paul Smith v Tony Dodson, and have Stephen Smith, Liam Smith, Paul Butler & Joe Selkirk in your stable, surely you would put the card on at the Echo Arena?

Frankie Gavin & Vassell would also make more sense there as there fan bases are Manchester & Birmingham, an easier journey for fans.

Frank seem's to have more pull in London plus Chisora/Wilder is the main event + attraction & Chisora is from London.

But he isn't a London ticket seller in the same way Barker, Mitchell etc are.

Yeah it's been confirmed by Frank anyway, there was a short conference with Frank, Chisora, Gavin, Vassell, Smith, Dodson etc.

God knows why. Put this on in Liverpool with Butler and some of the other Smith brothers and you've a solid show. Wouldn't fill the Echo Arena but would defo sell a few thousand. I doubt many will go down to London.

Definitely, I was at Chisora's last fight.. there's no point putting him in with fighters he can't "get up" for because he doesn't perform.

He should come in shape for this one, will be interesting to see how Wilder reacts when he hits someone who actually can stand up to big shots and has a chin.

  12. I think the more interesting question is 'why are there two Smith-Dodson II threads'?

    Crazy.
