Obviously haters are going to jump on Pac for using USADA testing now , but lets remember a few things a) Pac has been on record for years that he has no issues with extra testing in regards to making a Mayweather fight. There was no reason to implement them in his other fights because nobody was demanding it. b) To those who think this somehow opens up the door for a possible Floyd fight in the future, think again. Floyd demanding too much money killed the fight last time out, and the TR / GBP, HBO / Showtime rivalries will keep the fight from happening. c) To those idiots who've claimed Pac has been roiding, hopefully this knocks some sense into your head. If Pac was roiding or hiding something there's no reason to stop now. Pac's team is probably requesting this in light of what happened with Marquez. And I believe Rios is using the same strength and conditioning coach (Heredia - an ex steroid dealer) so I think they have the right to be a little bit cautious.

Nobody except Floyd was making drug testing a major issue / roadblock in regards to a Pacquiao fight. Pac made it clear that he agreed, and floyd came back and said "I want more money." This is fact and you can look it up. If you the read the second part , testing or no testing Floyd Pac wasnt going to be made because Floyd demanded too much money, which was a fight killer - and for all the other obvious reason.
Gander standard testing didn't catch Berto and Peterson. It was random testing that caught them. I don't care if its urine or blood as long as its pre fight random testing. Also Manny didn't have a problem with testing but to give him the benefit of the doubt out of kindness he had people in his ear blowing his head up when they should have done additional testing in other bouts just to show that testing wasn't an issue. Mosley was down for it but they didn't do it. JMM was down for it for the 3rd fight and Team Pacquiao quickly shut up. Going into the 4th fight JMM was down for it and Team Pac didn't care to do. Only after he got put to sleep did they start bitching about roids and ****.
Asking for additional testing is not a road block. Bowe asked Golota for additional pre fight test (which wasn't being done back in the day) and Golota agreed. Tyson asked Holyfield for pre fight drug test and Holyfield agreed.
Pacquiao has obviously stopped juicing. It's been so long that there's no trace left anymore hence why the drug testing has been introduced.
I hope Pacquaio gets KO'd again, not because I have anything against him; but hopefully this time you'll jump off of a cliff or something.

If he was on roids why would he stop now? Use your brain for second. And he must of been off roids for a while because he hasn't looked that good lately.
