It wasn't the testing which upset Manny, it was that Floyd would keep putting up any obstacle. I remember when Hearns and Leonard was agreed upon in an airport. Floyd does not want to fight the best. He wants to fight mediocre guys with limited risk and stay undefeated, Then he will say when he retires that he is undefeated and the best ever.

In regards to Floyd, Pac agreed to full testing and Floyd came back and demanded more money when he was ok with 50/50 before. This is a fact / on record.
