And why would they do that, dodong? And why are they doing this NOW? What happened to all the moral objections, commission mandate demands, critiques of USADA being 'unfair' to Manny, etc.? What about blood testing has changed since their initial reasons for not doing it? What about blood testing has changed since that interview you posted?

I always thought it was pretty obvious that Pacquiao was lying who he kept coming up with excuses for why he didn't want to be tested. I'm not sure why he was lying, but he was clearly lying.
