Jones fights at 200 pounds and is talking about a fight with a man who at his heaviest is 155?

Jones was scared of the punching power of machida.... Lol

He definitely doesn't want to face a boxer in a boxing ring, he makes khan look like haggler

Jon Jones is ignorant. James Toney went over to MMA and fought someone in his weight class. Jones is talking about boxing a guy half his size. Regardless, he would still lose in a boxing match against Mayweather. If he fought a solid HW, or even a CW, he would get knocked the **** out. Jones needs to stick to beating up washed up UFC fighters.

Jon Jones is p4p top 3 best martial artist in the world. Already an ATG if he keeps on he will be the greatest of all time by a fair margin.

But yeah, MMA fighters always seem to make headlines with their ridiculous comments on boxing. I suppose one day boxing will be doing the same to MMA...you never know ;)

    :rofl

Dude needs to stop trying to piggy back off Floyds name.

Floyd is going to keep making $32.000.000 paydays, whereas Jones Bones Jones can stay in his lane making some odd $100.000 paydays. :rofl

These MMA bums can't take boxing out of their mouth. They know their sport is dying.

Hand to hand Jones would lose. Mixing everything together Floyd would lose. MMA is more rounded, but an MMA fighter can still lose to a boxer. It all depends on who touch who and how hard they get touched. James Toney did lose when he went against Randy Catoure, but didn't Ray Mercer KO that big dude Silvia in a MMA match with one punch? With the right timing MMArtist or BOXER can get KO by either or.

did anyone see him **** up his toe last fight, that was sick!

I think Jones vs Mayweather would be competitive because of the massive reach and size advantage for Jones and Floyd's amazing boxing talent.
I think a Jones fight with any other welter would'nt really be fair.

I like both sports, but boxers and mma fighters should stick to their own peers for comparisons and trash talk.

all things even (weight) boxer wins the boxing match, mma fighter wins in the cage. I know alot of boxing fans have no respect for mma. If you can't enjoy watching mma that's fine, nobody is saying you have to. However it's kinda rude to call these guys bums. Jones, Silva, GSP, ect..
there is alot of talent and alot of good fights in mma.

These MMA dudes are a curious breed. In bar fights, you can use guns, knives, eye pokesd (we see how MMA guys fold up when they get a thumb in the eye). My point is, there are rules in MMA fights also. And who wants to grapple with a guy who may have a broken bottle in his hands? I saw one of those legal shows on cable where a wrestler got a "regular guy" on the ground and was beating the crap out of him. The guy pulled his knife and did a defensive move where he stuck it out without even looking, hit an artery in the wrestler's neck and killed him.

Jon Jones should callout Wilder or Wlad. He must of missed 50 yr old Mercer knocking out Sylvia and Jeremy Williams beating up mma fighters.
