So Manny's labelled a cheat, and then Floyd demanded OSDT, and decided after 13 years as a pro, that he was going to clean up the sport.

Nobody else had made the same demands. They've just signed the contract, gotten in the ring, and fought him.

He could NEVER have admitted that for obvious reasons.
