Pulev has a decent ams backround. very good fundamentals, great footwoork, and a vicious jab that forces tall fighters to quit

Fury is a flat-footed limited fighter with questionable power

    easier than doing math

    It wouldn't even be competitive.

Maybe if there were serious questions surrounding Pulev's chin, but there aren't.

Yes, his defense sometimes leaks and guys have gotten through. Yes, they've buzzed him slightly. (big punchers, though, despite being limited: Walker & Ustinov)

Nothing to suggest Fury's sloppy **** sandwich offense would do anything to him.

I thought Dimitrenko looked pretty good in that fight... At least in some rounds:lol:
I dont see a big difference between Furys best wins. I dont rate Johnson at all. Also Cunningham is a featherfisted Cruiserweight... Then we have 260 lbs Chisora... Dimitrenko is the better win for me. When Dimitrenko fought Pulev he was still seen as serious contender by some people. Wich you cant say about 260 lbs Chisora or Johnson. Maybe Cunningham but we all knew that he is no serious heavyweight.

At the end it is close. But we all agree that Pulev looked much better so far than Fury who already had a gift decision and who was dropped and hurt many times.:good

Pulev's clearly has more depth but even if you're using the top 3

Walker gave Arreola, Chagaev, Adamek, Pulev tough fights and could be seen as a more legit HW than a slightly faded Cunningham. Dimitrenko has achieved more than Johnson and has alot more to offer as an opponent seeing as he actually throws punches, is well rounded skill wise (certainly on offense) and has decent power. That leaves the obese Chisora and Ustinov, Oloukun, Rossy, Skelton could all arguably be considered more formitable than what Fury beat.

regardless.. i've heard ppl saying Cotto was peaking against Floyd. tie Pulevs right hand on his back and you've got an even fight in a p4p sense

He was properly buzzed against Ustinov who looked f***ing TERRIBLE at 22 stone and 6'7

Pulev was fortunate that he was hurt in he in the 10 seconds of the round.

Pulev has powder puff power for a heavyweight. He has 9 KOs and at least 2 of them (Ustinov and Dimitrenko) were retirements in all but name.

He also couldn't shift Travis Walker who has been KOd by non punchers like Adamek (who Cunningham beat) and Alex Lepai (who Kingpin KOd).

I can't see Pulev stopping Fury.

Pulev came back and blasted Ustinov with like a 3 punch combo backing him against the ropes and finished the round in his favor :?

Also it is nothing new that a ****ing 22 stone fighter can hurt his opponent. Ustinov-Fury would be a good fight. Lets see how Fury does if he has not a huge weight, size and reach advantage...

so when was he in his prime
    '07? maybe physically
Hes been adding several things to his game since then
I think 07 Cotto with an Pulev whos constantly moving, feinting and thorwing combinations from wired angles in front of him, would be rather less competitive than the current version

also i've been told Furys ducking Pulev anyways brits
fast Eddie Chambers about to step in

Are you german? The thing is I read today in a german forum that Chambers fights Pulev and Fury is ducking.... He claimed that it was an insider from Sauerland who told him so.
