I saw Marquez/Diaz 2 at the theater and there were about a dozen of us. By the second or third fight, most of us and started talking to each other and pretty much acting like we were at home.
Wonder what the atmosphere was like for Mayweather's latest fight. Watching it on TV, you could hear individual conversations in the crowd it was that ****, individuals shouting their instructions one at a time...

best way to watch a fight other than physically being at the event itself You focus better on the fight with a big ass screen and the loud volume. People are conditioned to zip it in a theater so you don't have to overhear some ******'s uneducated opinion on boxing lke you would at a bar
its awesome. Definitely the next best thing to not being at the fight itself. However, it is 10x better if the therater has surround sound. Ive been to fiights with it and Ive been to fights where the speakers just up front were playing it and it was night & day. Make sure they are using surround sound or go somewhere else
Middle of nowhere. White people don't like boring fighters :yep Everyone was silent. I was drinking covertly so I let out a little "oooh" every now and then. I will never go again unless it's an urban area. Rather pay 10 to go to a sports bar than 25 to watch it in an awkward atmosphere on a bigger screen.
movie theaters are gay. i watched floyd vs cotto on my 60 inch LED , with friends and women. a backyard with a grill, beer and pizza. theater <-------- meh! ps didnt pay/ nor watch garbage guerrero fight, but have since seen it
