Vernon is so technically sound. If he can weather Manny's flurries, which I think he can, he will walk Manny into shots. Based on activity, Manny likely builds a slight early points lead, but once Vernon gets a good read on Manny and makes his adjustment(round 4ish), he slowly takes the fight over.
I'm going to be flamed but I think Pacquaio's speed and unorthdox punching will make it tough for Vernon. Opponents like Mayorga who doesn't really know how to box makes things very diffcult for Vernon and you add the speed and power that Pacquaio has......

Manny's speed and darting in and out is exactly why I said he would likely win some early rounds. This isn't as easy of a fight as people are making it out to be, even if most are picking who I think is the correct winner.
I would have to go with pac on this one. Love forrest, and enjoyed tuning in to his fights, but manny is fast, darts in and out, hits hard, and is tough to predict. It took JMM 2 fights to really have his number and honestly I think he has a better ring iq (JMM that is) than forrest does. In the end I see manny dropping him at least once and going on to win a decision along the lines of 116-111
