If they were to be using USADA, wouldn't this have been agreed on before they even signed the fight? So why would Bute spend all that time training and then pull out just two weeks before the fight? Doesn't make sense.

VADA testing is the only one that does CIR and therefore it is the only one that should be allowed.

Heredia is a ****. Pascal and Bute agreed on testings. It was not USADA, so maybe he was not as secure with dealing with a serious agency?

Heredia is a **** and people should stop believing in all kinds of conspiracy theories. Bute is injured. It's not very hard to understand. He is leaving 2 millions $ on the table, he was training hard, he was on redemption mode. Anyone thinking he is pretending to be injured has too much imagination.

That includes Heredia, who always had a lot of imagination on how to cheat without being caught.
