Now that Manny has been talked into taking the dreaded Random blood tests, while being on the declining stage of his career, this may be detrimental in his next bout coming up, in terms of outcome.

Needles weaken him, therefore he will have reduced strength in his power, and Rios is already Iron chinned as it is.

The needles also poke and poke (and poke) the arm trying to find a vein, which cause bruising and Manny will be missing out numerous days of sparring. Which are vital in creating a gameplan for the technical Wizardry of Rios.

Rios is also BIGGER than Manny, and that is unfair.

Time to put a couple George Washy's on Rios I think :bbb

I'm surprised by Pacquiao's willingness to do random blood testing.

In the past he has declined out of concern for his health. Don't know what changed now...

    ---

But seriously, Pacquiao will lose only two or three rounds.

I'm surprised too. Think he is trying to get on Mayweather's hitlist?

Pacquiao accepted the tests before. What he didn't accepted was to have FLoyd say when they were going to test him by surprised. FLoyd was just too controlling of the whole process.

That said, I think its time for Pacquiao to go away!

Manny is testing through Vada meaning likely he will have the services of Victor Conte this will be really interesting to see it play out

I can not say that I have seen anything while at Wildcard, I really cant, but I do find it crazy that one would refuse testing for the richest fight to be made.

I also find it crazy that once he did come around to it that the other would avoid the fight in demanding more money and no PPV cut.

    Both clearly ducked each other.....

Floyd trolled Pacquiao with that phonecall. The Cotto bout was pretty much made already.

What WAS ****ing shitty was Arum cutting off phonecalls from GBP in late 2011 :-( He's just a bitter old ****. I never EVER thought Manny was on anything. I just troll his **** fans sometimes, I just don't think Arum wanted to work with Floyd and Oscar.

You have to troll them ****ers, I mean **** like I said and Daprofessor can back this, None of them were around the gym when Manny was working his way up...

And if you were supporting Pac from the get once he got here as I did, it made it very difficult supporting him because you were then considered a *******.

I still regardless of what peoples opinions are about his catchweights etc... its still amazing what he has been able to do how far he has gotten.

Cotto vs Pac at 145 to me that was not a Cotto who was drained that was a Cotto who decided to go with the new trainer Santiago, ****er didnt have a clue what to do in there how to adjust, but I still state that before the 3rd and 4th Marquez fight, that fight Pac took allot of punishment in...

Of course Rios has a chance of knocking out Manny. Again its not about the skills in this fight but whether Pac still has it.

I know daprof from way back. I mean back in 2005 over at doghouseboxing, he's a good cat.

    - On the subject of his weight climbing and catchweights, a lot of people got fed this "Next Armstrong" **** that everyone ate up in droves. I supported Manny at 122-130 because that was an amazing run (I watched his coming out party against Lehdwaba on the Oscar undercard...I still have it on VHS haha)

What people didn't realize was that he was a HUGE weight cutter back at those times. The man gained 15 lbs over night in the Marquez rematch. He was 146, fighting at 130. Supporters of Manny were mostly new and never took that into account. He really only ended up cutting less weight when he moved up to fight Diaz and Hatton but people thought Manny was this tiny guy. The guy is NOT tiny.

The Cotto fight was OK for me. He clearly chose Cotto only because Cotto looked like crap against Clottey while he simultaneously turned down Mosley. Didn't Mosley go right to wild card?

Yes he did. Freddie told him to his face that he was too big and too good. Then he got old as **** and the story changed.
