Leonard Ellerbe isn't his manager, that would be Al Haymon. Ellerbe isn't his trainer either. And Leonard isn't physically fit enough to be his fitness instructor.

But I've noticed Floyd always appears to be very happy when he's with Leonard.

I know in the past Floyd Sr has been very unhappy with Floyd Jr's relationship with Leonard, but there didn't seem to be any friction between he and Ellerbe in the weeks leading up to Mayweather-Guerrero.
