he never was overrated but he was never super great which people made him to be. at one point he was so dangerous (and still is) but he was a very sloppy boxer. thorws combos without landing much, always oof blance when he threw. theres acutally alot more boxer that are techinally better then pacquiao. he still one of the greats but was never god like some people made him to be. plus he milked it after the DLH fight. and yes it was Arum but pacquiao doesnt fight for himself so u have to blame him
He's now underrated because threads like this pop up over and over and over again. No reasonable person thinks Bradley won that fight. Losing to Marquez doesn't make you overrated, it's a great accomplishment on Marquez's part. ATG's often lose to their contemporary rivals. It happens. It's boxing.
