Better Chin: Lennox Lewis or Wladimir Klitschko

I'd say Lewis actually had the better set of whiskers, although his arrogance let him fight the wrong fight twice and he payed dearly for it.

I don't think Wlad has ever been dazed quite as bad as Lewis, or even blacked out from a shot, but punch for punch, I think Lewis could take far more punishment so long as he didnt walk right into it.

Through their careers, Wlad was only truly KOd by Sanders. HIs other losses were from gassing and hyperglycemia.

Lewis was simply unprepared to take the shots from Rahman and McCall. His arrogance caused him to put his guard down and he paid for it.:think

Both of them have decent chins,i would say Lennox slightly edges it though.Wlad was caugt by at least 2 very good shots by Haye and took them well and Haye is as hard a puncher as anyone Lennox fought.Wlad has superior balance and footwork to Lennox so dosnt get caught as much.

 

Haye hits hard, but as hard as prime Tua or Tyson or mason or Bruno?

 

Tua's power is overrated. He couldn't even put away Monte Barrett.

 

Haye posesses a different kind of power to guys like Bruno and Tua.Bruno maybe heavier handed per shot but he is far slower than Haye.Lewis could see Brunos shots coming a mile off.Haye's speed and power ratio is rare.Not many guys in any weight class can hit with the speed and power Haye generates in his shots.You dont see them coming and he caught Wlad with a very good right hand.

 

Except Lewis was stopped twice by one punch to the glass mandible, a slight fly in the Lewtard ointment :deal

 

Lewis had a great chin for a heavy weight

 

Only one of Wlad's stoppages had to do with the Chin. Lennox was knocked out twice.
